My experience with Roxanne has always been totally professional. She is excellent at doing the due diligence needed to determine the price that the house will sell at, staging the house to make it as attractive to a buyer as possible, and marketing the house aggressively. That includes finding buyers by contacting past clients, talking to folks as she meets them wherever she goes. The best advice I can give any seller of a property would be... listen to Roxanne when she tells you what the house will sell for (and that may not be the price you feel it's worth) and give her the ability to stage the house properly. She'll find you a buyer. It only took her a month to find my buyer with some of that credit going to me for listening to her when she told me what the price needed to be to sell the house. It was less than I hoped, but the house sold and saved me all those extra mortgage payments and tax payments and insurance payments, electric bills, etc. She'll Get it Done. We recently purchased a home on Orr's Island and Roxanne helped us with the entire process. From the very beginning, we knew dealing with Roxanne would be extra-special! We fell in love with a property and Roxanne guided us through the whole process, always ready at a moment's notice to unlock doors, move furniture, help with experts for inspection, water treatment, town permits, etc. At one point (after the closing!!!) we were standing with Roxanne in the house, and she picked up a paper towel and started washing the windows.
